SMS Welcome Message

Highlights: SMS welcome messages will now be sent to postpaid clients within 48 hours of activation to welcome them to the network, thank them for choosing Bell , and provide them with a link to valuable information on bell.ca

The 140 character message is as follows: « This is a free message: Thank you for choosing Bell . To learn more about your new wireless service, visit bell.ca/wirelesssupport»
« Message gratuit. Merci de choisir Bell. Pour en savoir plus sur votre nouveau service sans fil, visitez bell.ca/supportsansfil»

Eligibility:

• Consumer and Small Business account types
• Family Share/Small business primes
• Family Share/Small business mates

Exclusions:

• Corporate Liability accounts

What is the benefit to customer?: The message will not only welcome and thank the client for choosing Bell , but will provide them with a link to valuable information including self serve tools.
