New Prepaid Activation Start-up Credit and Activation Fee

Effective Date: January 17 , 2007

Highlights: A $35 Activation fee will apply to all Prepaid activations. The $35 charge will be taken directly from clients Prepaid balance (may take up to 48 hours for charge to be applied). This charge is applicable to all Prepaid activations including Customer Owned Hardware Activations (COAM), Migrations & re-activations.

All new Prepaid activations will receive a $50 Start-up Credit:

• $50 Credit will be directly applied to customer’s Prepaid balance after activation (may take up to 48 hours to appear)
• Applies to all handsets as well as COAM
• Applicable to all new Prepaid Activations (all rate plans)
• The $50 start up credit will expire after 60 days.
• $35 Activation fee will apply (so clients will have a $15 balance once activation fee is charged)

COAM process changes:

• Clients that wish to activate a COAM handset will be required to pay $50 at the time of purchase to cover their first top-up.
• Clients will receive $50 credit on their account once activated.
• $35 Activation fee will apply (so clients will have a $15 balance once activation fee is charged)

Eligibility:

• New Bell Mobility Prepaid/self serve activations

Exclusions:

• Existing customers
• SOLO Prepaid
