New Handset Limited Time Offer Extensions

Effective Date: February 16th to March 8th, 2007

Highlights: In an effort to continuously deliver value to our customers while remaining competitive in the market, Bell Mobility will be extending a number of its existing handset Limited Time Offers effective February 16th to March 8th. The following handsets will be discounted on 36 and 24 month terms.

New Über and Über Incoming Rate Plans

Effective Date: February 7th until March 31st, 2007

Highlights: Bell Mobility is launching its Über Plans on February 7, 2007 .

These plans will be available to all new activations and migrations.

Until March 31 , 2007 , the new Über $30 and $40 plans will replace the Mobile $30 and $40 plans.

Bell Mobility Über Line-Up (available on 1,2,3 year and 30 day terms)




Bell Mobility will also launch its Über Incoming Plans on February 7, 2007 .

These plans will be available to all new activations and migrations.

Until March 3 1 , 2007 , the new Über Incoming $25 and $35 plans will replace the Mobile $25 and $35 plans.

Watch Movies on Your Bell Mobility Phone

Effective Date: February 1, 2007

Highlights: Customers can now get the enjoyment of watching their favourite movie directly on their handset

Customers can download the movie application (free of charge) to a capable streaming handset (includes all streaming capable handsets with the exception of the Sanyo 8300)

Movies can be rented starting at $5.99

Once purchased, movies will be available to watch for a certain amount of time (ie. anywhere from 7 days to 24 hours). Once the movie expires it is no longer available to watch and the customer would have to re-purchase to watch again

Once 24 hour rentals expire customers can pay an additional fee ($0.99 per extension) to keep the movie for another 24 hours. There is a maximum of 2 extensions per movie.

At time of launch, there will be approximately 35 movies available to rent (some examples include: Spider Man, Pirates of the Caribbean and Men in Black II) with more being added.

Customers must subscribe to unlimited Mobile Browser to access the service.

Service will not work when roaming in the U.S.

Eligibility: All new and existing Bell Mobility customers

Exclusions:
  • Specific Rate Plans
  • Not available for Prepaid, Solo and PC Mobile customers
  • Not available for mates
  • This service is only available to customers that are subscribed to the unlimited mobile browser service (or a Fun Bundle)

811 Area Code Decommissioning

Effective Date: January 30, 2007

Highlights: The 811 (*811/811/#811) code is being reclaimed by the CRTC to be reassigned for provincial health services in Atlantic Canada.

Bell Mobility clients roaming in these provinces who had previously dialled this code were routed to Mobility client care.

Newfoundland and Labrador have already launched their new 811 health care service and any Mobility client who calls 811 in these areas will be connected to this health care service.

The service will be removed on January 30 2007 in New Brunswick , Nova Scotia , and Prince Edward Island . Bell Mobility clients dialling the 811 code in these provinces will hear a message indicating that they must now dial *611. This message will play until such time as each individual province launches their new 811 service.

After January 30, clients will need to dial *611 to get Mobility client care. There will be no long distance or roaming charges incurred to make this call.

If a client roaming in Atlantic Canada dials *611, the following client care hours will apply: \
  • Monday to Friday 8am to 9pm EST
  • Saturday 9am to 6pm EST
