New "10-4" Device Buy One Get One Offer

Effective Date: November 16th to December 31st, 2006

Highlights: When customers purchase any of the following 10-4 devices (Sanyo 7300, 8300, 7500 and 2400), and activate with a 10-4 price plan or feature, they are eligible to get a 2nd 10-4 device of the same model for $0, when activated with 10-4 service.

Eligibility Requirements:

• New Activations
• 35 Unlimited 10-4 Plan or on any voice plan with a 10-4 feature added
• New business activations only
• All subscribers must activate on a 36 month term
• All subscribers that take the BOGO must activate at the same time and on the same day.

Exclusions:

• Consumer activations
• Personal liability accounts
• Solo Mobile
• 10-4 Dollar a Day plans/features
• Existing customers/hardware upgrades
