New Lower Minimum Voice/Data Requirements for Hardware Credits

Effective Date: December 8th to 31st, 2006

Highlights: Bell Mobility will be offering Voice and Data Limited Time Offers on data devices with lower price plan and feature requirements than ever before! Bell Mobility’s Voice and Data Limited Time Offers will be available upon activation of a data device on a 3-year service agreement on either :

1. an Email, Internet and Voice Combo plan with a minimum value of $45/month
2. any voice rate plan with a minimum value of $20/month combined with an Email & Internet feature with a minimum value of $25/month.

This new eligibility requirement will be applicable to the following data devices:

• Palm Treo 650, $49.95
• Palm Treo 700wx, $199.94
• Palm Treo 700p, $199.95
• Motorola Q, $149.95
• UTSTarcomm 6700, $99.95
• Audiovox 6600, $49.95
• BlackBerry 7250, $49.95
• BlackBerry 7130e, $149.95
• BlackBerry 8703e, $249.95

Eligibility:

• Customers must subscribe to the minimum $25/month Email & Internet data feature or an Email, Internet & Voice Combo plan of $45/month or greater for the length of the 36 month contract term. If the feature is removed before 36 months are completed, the full Voice & Data hardware Limited Time Offer will be charged back on the customer’s next invoice.
• Existing customers (Hardware Upgrades) – must be minimum 18 months since last hardware upgrade.
• Applies to new/existing/hardware upgrade customers on all account types
• Must sign on a 36 month term
  

Exclusions:

• Prepaid accounts
• Voice only activations
• Data only activations
• Customers who have upgraded less than 18 months ago
