Promotional FamilyShare 35

Effective Date: November 24th to December 31st, 2006

Highlights: For a limited time, Bell Mobility will be providing a brand new Promotional FamilyShare 35 rate plan. (This is NOT the same as the existing FamilyShare 35). This plan includes the following features:

• 150 Anytime Minutes (No bonus minutes)
• Unlimited Evenings & Weekends ( 9 pm – 7 am )
• Unlimited Bell Mobilty to Bell Mobility local calling (for the LIFE of the PLAN)
• 500 Canadian Long Distance minutes (on 36 Month term contracts only)
• 6pm – 7 am opt-in clock for 1 year (on 36 Month term contracts only)

At the end of the promotion:

1. 500 CLD will fall off automatically
2. OVT clock will become billable after the 1st year.
3. Unlimited Bell Mobility to Bell Mobility local calling is for the LIFE of the plan.

Eligibility:

• New activations on Postpaid Promotional FamilyShare 12/24/36 Month Terms
• There must be a net new Prime activation
• Consumer account types only

Exclusions:

• All other consumer rate plans
• Solo Mobile Customers
• Prepaid
• Existing customers (hardware upgrades)
• New Mates on existing prime
• 30 days activations
